SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Returns:

We hope you love your Enfurya Homes products as much as we do. If for any reason, the item you received does not meet your expectations in any way, contact us through our e-mail address info@enfurya.com. You can return the item for a refund or exchange within 14 (fourteen) days from the day your order was delivered (the date provided by the shipping service).

We kindly ask you to provide the return tracking number to facilitate the process.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless specified on the return/exchange form. Upon processing of the returned order, your account will be credited for the original amount of the returned item.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be received by us in its original condition before any exchange or refund can be issued. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has clear signs of use will not be refunded or replaced. Personalized items and items made for custom orders will not be accepted for a refund or replacement.

Once the returned items comply with the return requirements, and the item was accepted for a refund, our company will return the refunds to the bank and send you an information e-mail. You can follow the process with your bank.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are determined according to your shopping cart and shipping location during your order confirmation. In case of a return, shipping costs are non-refundable.
